Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance

• Assist with meal preparation, medication management, and vital sign monitoring

• Support clients with ADL skills, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Create a safe and supportive environment, adhering to SYNERGY HomeCare's policies and procedures

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers

• Communicate effectively with the care team, including daily reports and attendance tracking

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare or related field preferred

• Proven experience in home care, personal care, or related field

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
