Shift: 1st shift no weekends

Job Description

• Manage all daily residential operations. 

• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities within the facility

• Oversee client engagements while maintaining a positive recovery environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred

• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
