Shift: PRN – Weekdays and/or Weekends as Needed
Pay Rate: $57.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in acquiring adaptive communication devices and instruct residents in their use.

• Create personalized therapy plans based on each resident’s unique needs and capabilities.

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to design the best therapeutic regimens.

• Instruct residents in techniques for communication, evaluating their progress regularly.

• Adjust therapy activities to meet residents’ evolving needs.

• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary discussions.

• Conduct staff training and supervise therapy support personnel in accordance with standards.

• Deliver services with compassion, upholding residents’ dignity and individual rights.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.

• Certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida.
