RN 3-11 Supervisor M-F

Job Description: Vivo Healthcare Lakeland is looking to hire full-time,  RN 3-11 Supervisor to work at our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities of the Supervisor (RN)

• Ensure that all nursing services personnel are following their respective job descriptions.

• Assist the resident and Discharge Planning Coordinator in planning the nursing services portion of the resident’s discharge plan.

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in obtaining staffing information that must be posted on a daily basis.

Requirements of the  (RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor

• Long Term Care experience is highly preferred.

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing or practical nursing program.

• Must possess and maintain a current Florida license as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Must be able to move, lift, and position patients.
