About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dietary Aide to join our culinary team. In this role, you will assist with food preparation, food service, and dish washing to ensure the smooth operation of our dining department. You will also interact with residents, families, and staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, including portion control, food plating, and food presentation

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dish washing and sanitation

• Assist with food service, including serving residents and handling cash transactions

• Interact with residents, families, and staff to provide exceptional customer service

• Maintain accurate records and inventory of food and supplies

• Participate in meal planning and menu development

• Assist with special events and functions
