Smithtown Center, Looking for Per-Diem -Housekeeping/Laundry employee.
Days to work will be as needed which include weekends, holiday and cover to shift when needed, but must work at least 1 shift within 30 days. Could have opportunity to work multiple days during the month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning: Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and hallways.
- Sanitization: Disinfecting surfaces, particularly in bathrooms and high-touch areas.
- Linens: Changing bed linens and replenishing towels and amenities.
- Laundry: Sorting, washing, and folding laundry.
- Supplies: Maintaining adequate supplies of cleaning products, toiletries, and other necessary items.
- Maintenance: Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to management.
- Safety: Following established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Resident Interaction: May interact with residents to address their needs or concerns.
