Psycho Social Therapies is a leading mental health agency specializing in long-term care, servicing the geriatric population residing in nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout the state of Ohio. Our experienced and dedicated team assists residents' transition into long-term care facilities and continues to work with them on challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. We provide critical mental health services to the facilities we partner with.

We’re Hiring: Account Specialist/Service Coordinator

Are you an organized and proactive professional passionate about supporting mental health services? Psycho Social Therapies is looking for a dedicated Account Specialist/Clinical Services Coordinator to help manage relationships, oversee services, and ensure top-quality care across our partnered facilities throughout Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining Current Accounts

• Visit partnered facilities on a set schedule, ensuring smooth service delivery.

• Check in with facility leadership to ensure satisfaction with our services.

• Assess all service lines for potential expansion opportunities.

• Provide clear and systematic feedback from facility visits.

• Collaborate with staff to build services and relationships.

Onboarding New Facilities & Services

• Attend in-person launches of new accounts and service lines.

• Meet with facility administrators to ensure a smooth introduction and alignment of expectations.

Onboarding New Staff

• Be on-site when introducing new providers to the facility team.

• Ensure proper points of contact are established and expectations are clear.

• Guide new team members in meeting facility standards and routine tasks.

Client Support

• Assist with obtaining information for new facilities or expanding services.

• Support staff and clients when needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to travel throughout Ohio to visit facilities.

• Experience in account management, healthcare coordination, or behavioral health services preferred.

• Passion for mental health services and working with the geriatric community.
