We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and compassionate professional to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Business Office Manager. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a key role in supporting the financial and administrative operations of the facility.

Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Business Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with billing, collections, and insurance verification

• Managing patient trust accounts and daily cash handling

• Helping with payroll processing and accounts payable

• Supporting admissions and discharge processes

• Providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff

• Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and company policies

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare billing, finance, or office administration (LTC or SNF experience a plus!)

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing practices

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• High level of professionalism and integrity

• Familiarity with PointClickCare or similar EHR systems preferred
