Clementine Home Care is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team in Broomall, PA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work Schedule: Weekday and Weekend shifts available, 8AM – 8PM and 8PM - 8AM

• Provide care for a male patient with quadriplegia, weighing 180 pounds

• Must have experience using Hoyer lifts

• Night shift caregivers must have experience giving an enema

• Ensure the patient’s safety at all times

• Build a genuine connection with the patient and the family

 

We Offer:

·         Competitive wages - $19 - 20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level). 

·         Mileage compensation  (currently 67 cents per mile) between cases

·         Full/part time available

·         Paid Time Off

·         Holiday incentive pay

·         Profit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company’s discretion to all employees who meet the plan’s eligibility requirements.

Requirements: 

·         Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification

·         CPR certification

·         High school diploma or equivalent is required

·         Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred

·         Excellent customer service skills 

·         Prolonged periods of standing and walking

·         Must be able to lift 50+ pounds at times
