What You’ll Do:

As a CNA, you’ll play an important role in providing compassionate, respectful, and personalized care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate care while treating every resident with dignity and respect

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in condition or behavior to the nursing and medical team

• Assisting residents with their daily care needs while promoting comfort and independence

• Ensuring residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being

• Making routine rounds and responding promptly to resident needs

• Caring for residents and their personal belongings with respect

• Maintaining reliable attendance and arriving on time for scheduled shifts

• Working collaboratively with nurses and the healthcare team

• Performing other duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

• Current WV CNA certification or certification in a compact state

• Caring, dependable, and compassionate attitude

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Passion for providing personalized, resident-centered care

• Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment

• Graduate of an accredited CNA program
