The Club Health & Rehabilitation Center at The Villages is currently hiring a Per Diem Physical Therapist to support our in-house subacute rehab team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a licensed PT who is passionate about patient-centered care and values working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services

• Document progress and adjust plans as needed

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Commitment to delivering exceptional care
