Elementary School General Studies Classroom Assistant

Torah Academy of Boca Raton is seeking a General Studies Classroom Assistant for lower elementary grades for the 2026-27 school year.

Classroom Assistants support our classroom lead teachers and assist with student learning, creating a warm working environment and helping students learn and grow, with opportunities for meaningful instruction and leadership. Candidates should have experience and passion for working with children and education.  

Teaching degree, course work, education training and/or school experience are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Have a love for children, are a hard worker, & have a warm personality

• Ability to effectively assist in managing a classroom of elementary age students

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Ability to maintain composure and diplomacy at all times

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
