Floor Technician

• Buffing/Polishing hard surfaces, stripping, waxing

• Maintain areas in a clean and orderly manner

• Operate and maintain powered equipment needed for the job

• Must be able to lead, direct and follow up on other floor care team members

• Follow established safety precautions when performing tasks and when using equipment and supplies.

• Plans, organizes and evaluates work activities appropriately

• Follows established cleaning and operations procedures

• Utilizes time in order to complete duties within established time allotments

• Courteously communicates with facility personnel, residents and visitors

• Frequently informs director of work status

• One year of experience as a Floor Tech
