Chief Clinical Dietician

Full time 37.5 hr./week Dietitian (RD) Nursing Home Experience necessary.

Job Responsibilities include knowledge of EMR and software systems MatrixCare and Meal Tracker (training available dependent upon other experience), MDS, nutritional assessments, strong MNT including weight loss, poor intake, wounds, and GI function, Tube feedings, menus, diets.

Right candidate must possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and be able to work as a team.

Must have RD credential.
