CMT - Certified Med Tech Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, person-centered care to residents in accordance with their care plans.

• Support seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and caring manner.

• Promote resident engagement and encourage social interaction for emotional wellness.

• Accurately administer and document prescribed medications, under RN/LPN supervision.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate medical records.

• Assist residents during mealtimes, including transporting and feeding as needed.

• Perform frequent rounds, supervising CNAs, and providing direct care as necessary.

• Report any health or behavioral changes to the nurse and assist with follow-up care.

Requirements for CMT - Certified Medication Technician:

• Must hold a valid Missouri CMT Certification

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
