Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)  NIGHTSHIFT PT

Northcrest located in Napolean, OH is seeking experienced Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Part Time Nights.

Position Summary:

As a Northcrest, you will enjoy working in an environment that promotes professional growth and development. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) are responsible for caring for the residents under the direction and supervision of a RN/LPN. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

Essential Functions:

·       Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

·       Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.

·       Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.

·       Adhere to all policies and procedure of CCH Corporation.

·       Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: CNA certification required.

• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
