Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Facility: Lake City Healthcare and Rehabilitation
Location: Lake City, Florida
Shift: PRN
Salary: $35–$37 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Assessments & Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate residents' needs and develop tailored therapeutic plans.
• Empowering Independence: Help residents regain independence by guiding them in mastering daily tasks and enhancing their functional abilities.
• Therapeutic Support: Provide hands-on support to residents during prescribed activities, promoting recovery from illness, injury, or other health challenges.
• Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, ensuring all resident information is handled in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and provide outstanding care.

Qualifications:

• Florida State COTA License: Current, active COTA license in Florida is required.
• Preferred Experience: Experience in long-term care settings is a plus, though not mandatory.
