Job Summary:

As a Home Caregiver with BrightCare HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and incontinence care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Monitor and report client progress to caregivers and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
• Adhere to BrightCare HomeCare's policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality care
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in home care or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina to perform duties, including lifting, transferring, and ambulating clients
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
