Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled In-Home Caregivers to join our team at Home Helpers Home Care - Delaware. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide top-quality in-home care and supportive services to our clients, empowering them to stay safe and independent in their own homes. This is a part-time opportunity with evening and weekend shifts available.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care and supportive services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other caregivers

• Implement personalized care plans and make adjustments as needed to meet clients' changing needs

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients, maintaining a tidy and organized living space

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients

• Document client care and report any changes or concerns to our office staff
