Chef Manger

Pinnacle Dietary Global is seeking an experienced and innovative Chef Manager to lead our culinary team in Brooklyn, New York. Chef Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of cooks, dishwashers, and kitchen assistants to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents and patients
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to meet the needs of our residents and patients
• Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest culinary trends and techniques

 

Chef Manager Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar culinary management role
• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification a plus
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, patients, and staff
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
