Pay Rate: $34 – $38 per hour (based on experience) + shift differentials

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with medical procedures and treatments

• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Active and current Florida RN License

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred

• Current CPR Certification

• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to teamwork and quality care
