As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, promoting their well-being, and supporting our healthcare team.

About the Role

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your duties will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Assisting with feeding, toileting, and ambulating patients
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to established standards and protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration
• Participate in regular team meetings and staff development activities
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service and patient satisfaction
• Support the healthcare team in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for patients and staff
