About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Haida Nursing and Rehab, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Requirements

• Current RN license and certification in Pennsylvania

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
