Are you passionate about helping patients achieve their therapy goals? Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our dynamic rehabilitation team and make a meaningful impact on our residents’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing physical therapy services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Collaborate with administration, medical staff, nursing staff, and other departments to develop and deliver effective therapy services.

• Maintain and develop physical therapy standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.

• Current Florida license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Nursing home experience preferred, but not required.
