Performs and accomplishes minor maintenance carpentry, electrical, plumbing and fire proofing necessary to the maintenance, repair and renovation of University Health buildings and facilities.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Completion of high school, trade school or equivalent GED
One year experience of at least two or more building crafts such as general maintenance, construction, plumbing or electricity is required.
Must possess a Maintenance Technician License from the City of San Antonio or obtain same within 3 months of employment.
A valid Texas State driver's license "Class C" and must maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record
