Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team and help drive clinical excellence.

Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations.

• Step in as Acting Director of Nursing when needed.

• Cultivate a safe, supportive, and high-performing workplace focused on quality care.

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

• Lead weekly wound care rounds and maintain readiness for facility surveys.

• Serve as a vital link between nursing staff, management, residents, and families.

• Drive engagement, teamwork, and professional development within the nursing team.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required).

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities (required).

• Strong leadership, decision-making, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
