Job Summary

At BrightCare HomeCare, we are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a CNA or Home Health Aide, you will provide high-quality care services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses in the comfort of their own homes. Our personalized care plan is designed to cater to the unique personal and health needs of our clients, and we are committed to delivering around-the-clock services and supervision to ensure optimal health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, walking, and transferring

• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the nursing team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed

• Work well under the direction of supervisors and healthcare team members
