Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, social events, and within the community

• Maintain clean and safe vehicles, adhering to strict maintenance and safety protocols

• Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, and families, providing exceptional customer service

• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication

Requirements:

• Clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug test and background check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
