Assist the Maintenance Director on daily operation of facility and the function of all equipment within facility. Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, heating and air conditioning,dietary equipment, and repairs. License and certificates in any area is preferred.
On call 24/7 for emergencie, and to be able to work with elderly residents of the facility.
