Your Role as an OR RN:
As a critical member of our surgical team, you will:
- Provide expert, compassionate care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nurses to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to stringent infection control protocols.
- Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, providing education and emotional support.
- Utilize advanced equipment and technology to facilitate complex surgical interventions.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Licensure: Current Texas RN license
- Experience: Minimum of 3-6 months of post-graduate, licensed RN experience within the OR
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; CNOR preferred.
- Skills: Excellent critical thinking, communication, and multitasking abilities.
