• Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient care outcomes

• Maintaining accurate and complete medical records

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress
