Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and managing treatment plans

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Monitor and evaluate resident progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed

• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and facility operations

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (n/a)

• (n/a) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
