About the Role:

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work alongside our occupational therapists to provide occupational therapy services to our patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting occupational therapists with patient care and treatment plans

• Implementing and modifying occupational therapy interventions to meet patient needs

• Providing education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, under the supervision of an occupational therapist

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans

• Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions to meet patient needs and goals

• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
