About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care and supervising nurses and care assistants on weekends

• Assessing patients' conditions and developing individualized care plans

• Mentoring and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and smooth operations

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional care

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous excellence

• Fostering a positive and respectful work environment that promotes teamwork and communication

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure effective care delivery

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately

• Identify and report any changes or concerns regarding patient condition or care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committee meetings

• Provide guidance and feedback to nursing staff to promote growth and development

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Nevada

• Completion of an accredited nursing program

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
