Registered Nurse (RN) – Lead Position
Confidential Skilled Nursing Facility | Westchester County, NY

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually

A confidential skilled nursing facility in Westchester County is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a lead position overseeing resident care and supporting our nursing and home health aide teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide day-to-day oversight of LPN and home health aide staff.

• Ensure resident care is delivered appropriately and continuity of care is maintained.

• Perform audits as directed.

• Complete initial and annual assessments, as needed.

• Attend regular meetings with the Director of Patient Services (DPS).

• Keep the DPS and Director of Compliance informed of resident care needs and relevant updates.

Schedule and Benefits:

• Full-time, salaried position: 40 hours per week.

• No weekends, on-call responsibilities, direct patient care, mandatory overtime, or travel.
