Night Shift: 6pm-6:30am

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend RN (Registered Nurse) Baylor to join our team at Walnut Creek Nursing and Rehab, a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility in Erie, Pennsylvania. As a Weekend RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents while contributing to a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.

About the Role:

As a Weekend RN, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet each resident's unique needs and goals

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care

• Participating in care conferences and contributing to resident assessments and treatment plans

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care

• Good critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills
