Laundry Aide

Seeking an experienced Laundry Aide to join our team!

Job Summary: 

To provide clean, disinfected linens and clothing for use at all times. Laundry Aide is responsible to keep residents’ clothing and linens cleaned and washed in a manner, which will preserve color and fabric, and avoid contamination and spreading of bacteria. Linens and clothing will be sorted, washed, dried, labeled, folded and stored/delivered in designated areas on a daily basis. Area and equipment to be maintained and kept cleaned

Regulatory Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work with residents/family and physicians in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

Language Skills:

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
