Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse Charge Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, providing exceptional patient care, and leading a team of dedicated nursing professionals. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, assessing residents' needs, and developing individualized care plans
