As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being of our residents, under the supervision of our licensed healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, condition, and vital signs

• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration, as needed

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including assisting with laundry and linens

• Collaborate with other healthcare team members, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents safely, with or without assistance

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our organization's policies and procedures
