About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to provide exceptional care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor resident progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in creating a positive and respectful atmosphere, empowering our residents to reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of nursing staff to ensure provision of high-quality care

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor resident progress, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning and development
