Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and medications

• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

• Assist with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work night shifts
