Comfort Keepers is hiring an experienced, dependable In-Home Caregiver to provide hands-on, non-medical support to clients in the Cambridge area.
This position is ideal for someone who values consistency and enjoys providing personalized care. You'll play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes.
We are currently looking for caregivers who can commit to one or more of the following set shifts:
Tuesday: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM
HIGH PRIORITY — Every Other Saturday: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM
Sunday: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM
A combination of these shifts may be available depending on your availability.
$18–$24/hour based on certification and experience

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide personalized support based on each client's needs. Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care
Supporting mobility and transfers
Preparing meals
Providing companionship and emotional support
Providing medication reminders
Assisting with transportation and errands
Performing light housekeeping
Providing end-of-life care and companionship
Our interactive caregiving approach focuses on involving clients in their daily routines whenever possible, helping promote dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Previous caregiving experience is required for this position. Certification is not required.
We're looking for someone who is:
At least 18 years old
Experienced in providing in-home or personal care
Compassionate, dependable, and responsible
Comfortable providing hands-on care in a client's home
Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
Equipped with a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Able to work independently and communicate effectively
Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or DSS is preferred.

Eligible direct-care employees may have access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program.
Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training, helping support career advancement in home and community-based care.
To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational expenses.
