Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health Visits

Location: Naples/Collier County, FL
Salary: $30 - $35/hour (DOE) + Mileage Reimbursement

Trilogy Home Health, a Humana Company, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our growing team. You'll provide high-quality care to home health patients in their home or facility, working closely with physicians, RNs, and the clinical team to improve patient outcomes.

LPN Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, in the state of FL

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• 1 year of experience required, Home Health experience preferred

• IV Certification

• Strong initiative and independent judgement
