Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Staff Development Nurse / Infection Preventionist (RN/LPN) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys mentoring staff, promoting clinical excellence, and leading infection prevention efforts in a skilled nursing environment.

Nurse management or supervisory experience is required.

What You'll Do

• Lead staff orientation, education, training, and competency programs

• Identify clinical training needs and support nursing team development

• Oversee the facility's infection prevention and control program

• Monitor compliance with regulatory and clinical standards

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Maintain education, competency, and infection prevention records

Qualifications

• Current Oregon RN or LPN license

• Nursing leadership, supervisory, or management experience required

• Experience with staff development, training, or clinical education preferred

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Infection prevention experience preferred
