Occupational Therapist, OT – Full Time

We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to provide high-quality care to our residents. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that enhance patients’ abilities and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients’ needs and goals.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Utilize evidence-based practices to support rehabilitation and recovery.

Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs.

Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
