About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Caregiver to join our team. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to our clients, including:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing light housekeeping and laundry services

• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition

• Offering emotional support and companionship

• Maintaining accurate records and communicating with other healthcare professionals

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their own homes

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families

• Assess clients' needs and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Participate in continuing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
