Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist clients with mobility and transfer tasks, as needed

• Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including supervision and assistance with medication management

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, family members, and caregivers

• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and patient care standards

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
