Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and medication management

• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with patients, families, and care team members

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patient needs and preferences
