About the Role

As a CNA, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes. Your compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills will help build trust and confidence with our clients and their families. You'll also be responsible for:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' conditions to our clinical team

• Providing emotional support and companionship to clients

• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of client care

• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Conduct vital signs and report changes to our clinical team

• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties

• Participate in care conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and concerns

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (for some positions)
