Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations, developing personalized treatment plans that inspire progress.

Implement innovative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions that engage patients and promote optimal recovery outcomes.

Monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed, and providing ongoing encouragement and support.

Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for maintaining long-term wellness.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of our rehabilitation programs.

Stay current with the latest developments in physical therapy practices, integrating new techniques into your treatment approach.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to grow!

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for patient care.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
